Solid Wood Product Claim
Solid wood is a natural material, expansion, contraction, colour alteration, check and minor cupping of board is all part of the beauty of using a natural material and should be expected. Though Omós goes to great extend to ensure a high quality product, we cannot take responsibility for these natural changes that will occur over time nor guarantee each item’s colour or pattern wise can be similar to an existing or previous display as each individual tree is unique on it’s own.
OMÓS 選用的都是天然木材，所以每棵樹必然會有獨特的年輪木紋、色澤、樹眼、疤節、礦物線、木斑、裂痕和孔洞等獨一無二的特質。OMÓS 儘管致力確保其工藝和設計的優勢，但 亦不能改變木材本身因時間、溫度及濕度而產生的上列特質及狀況而承擔責任，或保證每件成品天然的顏色、形狀及特徵會與陳列的相似。
Return & Exchange Policy
1. All item once sold are non-refundable. If for any reason the purchased product is unsatisfactory, please kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or alternatively for a credit note, valid for one year. We can arrange collection from buyer at buyer's cost.
2. Naturally we cannot accept returns of custom made pieces, stained and damaged pieces, used textiles, unwrapped mattress, sales or discounted items, display item. Any damage caused after you have acknowledged receipt are also not eligible for exchange.

1. Please kindly check all measurements of your apartment (including the elevator/stairwell of the building) to ensure your purchase will make it into your home.
2. Our delivery team can carry the purchased items up the stairs in the event no elevator is available or if it does not accommodate the size of the pieces for a $100 surcharge per man, per item, per flight of stairs. The surcharge will be paid directly to the delivery team.
